Heart surgery delay :-( | Arthritis Information

I am asking a bit for a bit of patients from you all... My surgeon had some dire emergency today and has bumped me to 7:30A on Wednesday. I can't be angry or upset about this because if it were my emergency, I would certainly want him there for me

Still, a bit of a shocker for me and a bit of a disturbance in my Jedi mind control efforts, not to mention my Zen state! You have it! My thoughts, best wishes, and Ommmmhhhhs are all yours for as long as you require them>

Honestly, Snow and Shug, I am a feeling a bit more like Darth Vadar rather than Yoda right now... fortunately, I tucked back 4 Xanax for the day prior to surgery should I need one. I took one this morning after a heart to heart with my #2 son, who we picked up from the airport late last night. But, I think I will save the rest for tomorrow (or maybe one for DH's coffee, as the force seems to be failing him some what!).

All I have to say is OOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM...

You will be in my thoughts Waddie. I too believe that all those positve thoughts help. I love the scripture that says something to the effect of if two or more are gathered in His name He will be there too. With all the prayers you have been recieving I know God will be with you and your family. Take care and breathe....Waddie....I am so sorry the surgery was postponed. It sounds like you have a loving family around you and you are learning new technologys. Take good care.

Sons are great... and your boys are certainly keeping you good company and in the "loop" !!!

Relax these next couple of days. I know you hate having it postponed-that would be very frustrating.

Lets look at it like this. You have to wait for an extra day but then that day you don't have to wait around for half a day anxious and wanting it to be over. Wed. 7:30 AM the doctor will be fresh- probably the first surgery of the day! You will wake up and go right in with no time to think. I have a good feeling that you are coming out of this with flying colors! You are going to be restored to levels of health you have forgotten you can have! All my best wishes and prayers coming your way! Will do!
