I too thought it was a good starting place...no one, least of all me, wants to think about the necessity of creating and maintaining an end of life plan, but being my age with a set of chronic illnesses I have come to accept the importance of having such a plan and keeping it updated.

I want to discuss with my 75 year old father.............  I know he's made his wishes verbally to me.. but, his wife may not agree with compliance.. kwim?
