when do u think my sore throat will go away????

ive had it since last tuesday, so almost a whole week
and i dont like it, makes it hard to talk

my mom doesnt think its allergies cuz i take my allergy medicine, so its probably not allergys

idk if its a cold or a sinus infection or whatevr, but i dont like it

atleast my mom gives me some HALLS sore throat drop thingys when i need them, just had one a hour ago it was strawberry, yum
but i cant keep eatin them, the package says call a doctor if condition doesnt improve in 7 days, ugh The package is right...if you've had a sore throat for a week, and it's not getting any better, you need to be seen by your doctor. Feel better soon Star!thanks Brisen!!

uh huh, my mom sayd she'd call my doctor soon, if it doesnt get better cuz i keep telling her it hurts and she sayd she cant do nothin, so she thinks the doctor might do something
When you see the doctor be sure to ask him/her what to do in the future when you have a sore throat/cold.  Rules are different for people on methotrexate.

With your blood-sugar issues perhaps you should look into the sugar-free cough drops.

Also ask about influenza vaccine (regular and H1N1).  You're in the high-risk category, so if you haven't had one yet I suspect you will soon.

i guess im not going to see my doctor, its not as bad today

but i still got my stuffy/runny nose from before too
hmmm, sugar free cough drops i'll ask my mom about that

oh and last time i went to my rhuemy dude, (back in august) he sayd i'd probably HAVE to get the flu shots, both the regular and H1N1, eeep!!! im super scared of needles (to me, vaccine needles are different than blood needles, alot different, they go in different places)

he sayd, i was a "priorety (sp?) due to taking all these medications, ugh!!!

and the part that sucks is, apparently i cant get the nose flumist stuff, thats what i got last october, but now i cant have it...needles hurt...the flumist was WAY better
