I caught my daughters harmonizing in the car on the way to school the other day. They sound awesome. My oldest has a monster of a voice and is very good at making up harmonies on the spot. So when her younger sister starts singing, she joins in with a harmony. If she doesn't know it, she just makes one up. I love it... My sisters and I used to do it all the time growing up... My brother is a professional singer and keeps pushing me to start singing again. He wants to try a harmony with him and I because he says something about how our voice boxes have a similar build it makes for unique harmonies. He says that's why family members harmonizing together sound so good... I don't know anything about that and it's been a long time since I tried to sing anything like that, though my kids, wife and I have a song that we put on and we all have the parts down. Sounds pretty good. We usually sing it in the car on long car rides...
