I am wondering if anyone has taken/is taking turmeric for their RA. I have read quite a bit of positive info lately and will definitely give it a try.

There was recently some conversation about curcumin/tumeric. Let me see if I can find it... ... ... ... ... ...

When I'm sore, I drink Yogi Tea's Joint Comfort flavor.  The first cup or two require some taste acclimation but it grew on me and I enjoy the taste now.  I find it helps.  I also take the capsules.

Do be aware though, should anyone be preparing for surgery and the required going off all NSAIDS, aspirin type products, etc., turmeric should be discontinued too because it also is an anti-coagulant.  I had to discontinue prior to my last surgery.
I take a tumeric capsule once a day for inflamation along with prednisone, plaquanil, flaxseed, enbrel, etc. To be honest I can't tell if it makes  a difference, but there are no side effects that I can figure out.
