This is a good healthy lifestyle advice for those fibro pains/aches/stiffness:

AVOID STRESS...I know it's easier said than done, but it is good advice for all of lie in general...

1. Know your body and decide which works best to help limit over-tiredness and emotional stress. Either try to pace yourself, establish a routine, switch tasks, or schedule rest periods the important thing is not to over stress yourself.
2. Pursue activities that you find gratifying everyday.
3.Avoid people and situations that get on your nerves.
4. Try deep-breathing exercises, meditation and other stress management techniques to help you relax.
