I am looking for some way to get the puffy baggy eyes to be less puffy. Anyone know a secret besides plastic surgery?HI Milly, put your used teabags in the fridge and lay them on top of your eyes for 10 mins, it seems to work, good luck from Jane.    I heard that using Preparation H under the eyes would help.  Personally, it grossed me out too much to try it myself.Surgical revision is the surest treatment, but there is always the risk of scarring and destruction of tear ducts.

Ask you dermatologist about a combination of Vitamin K cream:
Vitamin K Cream
Vitamin K cream applied twice daily can help minimize bruising, as well as spider veins, rosacea-caused redness, and dark circles under the eyes. (If used under the eyes, it works best when combined with a skin lightening cream such as kojic acid or hydroquinone)
http://www.beautysurg.com/learn/general_healing6.html
I am looking for some way to get the puffy baggy eyes to be less puffy. Sleep with your head slightly elevated and your face up (not smooshed in the pillow).  Also, take an antihistamine before bed if allergies contribute to your troubles.  These two things make a huge difference for me!

A cool (not frozen!) gel-pack laid on your eyes/forehead for 10 minutes or so can also help - not to mention it feels wonderful if you're plagued with allergy issues.
