My fibromyalgia has been treated with aciclovir for a strain of herpes and seems successful.
If I foreget, it is worse and if I am strict with the aciclovir , it goes away.
Herpes infections seem to piggyback on the arthritic diseases - I guess it takes over in debilitated bodies.
Has anybody actually been tested for this XMRV virus?? I read that insurance companies won't foot the bill for it and its quite expensive. I would be REALLY interested in getting tested. Anything to FINALLY have a solid concrete answer!! I am sick of people thinking its "all in my head!"
