Oh!  You people are just what I needed.  I wish all of you were here surrounding me w/your warmth, understanding and kindness.  And maybe a few hugs inbetween.

Fentanyl patch:  I will pursue that suggestion.  It is very difficuilt to get pain medication these days, but I am a mother and I need to walk and function.

Prednisone:  I did a short stint last February which gave me two days relief.  But I
I cannot take it now.  Very dangerous for Lyme disease.  It makes the bacteria goes bonkers and nearly impossible to eradicate.  If anyone of you might be interested please go to ILADS.ORG.   International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society.  In fact, I urge you  go there -- not for me -- but for yourselves to educate yourselves.  Anyone is at risk!   One little nasty bug took my life from me.

My ex:  Yes.  He is paying support for us.  He's great with the boys.

Support System:  None.  It's me, my beautiful kids and God.   Oddly, two family members live right by me. Brother tells me, "Get a job if you don't have enough money."  Sister tells me, "I have pain, but I have to get up to work everyday."  My cherished sister of mine lives across the country.  My mom is -- well I want to be respectful, so I will choose to say nothing.

I have one very special kindred-spirit sister I call her.  She's the most wonderful woman I know on this earth.  She lives 1 1/2 hrs away from me but we nearly everyday.  We're very close to each other's heart.

So, you guys are it!  You're my support.  It's hard to imagine that perfect strangers like all of you exist and are so understanding, nonjudgmental and supportive.

I have learned through you to embrace my pain and agony.  Any other suggestions, of course, are welcomed.  Thanks so much . . .
Hi Teenee, you are most welcome to be here, just sorry that you have to be, keep in mind there are usually local support areas such as the church, schools, charity organisations etc, reach out, it is there if you look for it.  I have made some wonderful friends through these avenues.  Just take care, it is hard to function and when you have little kids, the fatigue from a normalday can be crippling but when you have a chronic health problem on top then it can be truly overwhelming, reach out girl, you never know when you might need them.  God Bless from Janie. Hi Teenee,  so lovely to read your last msg!!  Maybe your brother and sister need to do some reearch into your illness, and to have some compassion.  I'm so glad you have the one good person for support, and of course all of us!!!  Reading your msg brought tears to my eyes, it makes me feel very humble when I read msgs on here and see how people cope will their illness and family etc. It makes me realise how lucky I am to have my family here.  Please take care, much love x x
