I know this isn't a topic really for RA but thought it was interesting for anyone with thyroid problems and asthma. I'm curious what you think about this ? I saw an Endocrinologist and tests came back borderline for hypothyroidism. She wants to start me on levothyroxine to treat symptoms I'm having and said she suspects Hashimotos . I also haven't been able to shake this wheeziness in my chest for months now. The pulmonologist ran tests said he thinks it's asthma ( which i've never had before) I ran across a few articles linking low thyroid possibly with asthma.
