Have those compact florescent bulbs? I filled my fixtures with them when the came out, doing my part to conserve energy as well as save money, not considering the mercury they contained.
Do you know what to do when one breaks? Considering heavy metals are believed to have a connection to RA, I thought this may help. All Home Depots have a place to take your broken bulbs once they are properly cleaned up and contained.
