I just got through calling hospital to confirm appt. for sleep apnea test where they wire me all up and watch me sleep.
Do you still have your tonsils? My daughter had a problem with sleep apnea when she was younger, but once she had her tonsils out, she was fine.

Just a quick bit of very usefull trivia Roxy, shave your legs before you go for your sleep study!!!! You get things stuck all over you and they do your legs as well if you don't shave them, they will!
Just some useful tid bits. Pam Ironically, I cant sleep with my husband because he has sleep apnea! Between the snoring and tossing and turning, I dont get any rest. We have been sleeping seperatly for almost 10 years! He actually has recently lost about 35 lbs and is noticing some improvment in his sleep apnea but now our two kids are used to sleeping in the bed with him. Thats okay...just me, my dog, and my heating blanket and we are happy on the couch with the big TV and the laptop!!!!
