You know I found this site: www.askapatient.com which I think is great!
It mainly informs persons who are taking a certain medication or are contemplating something new, various reactions, comments, etc., good or bad that others have had while taking certain meds.
I thought since I had questions re: Fosamax and PMR, I would check up on it. To my surprise I found many negative comments about Fosamax in relation to pain, stiffness......so many seem to fit my case in possibly triggering flare-ups, yet, yes it could be because I simply went off the Prednisone. Who knows?
Anyway, for what it's worth, check it out.....just type in the med you have
(I found it while searching for information about a strong immunosuppressent that my husband will be taking for Ulcerative Colitis.)
