Crunchy..I don't have that electrical feeling..just twitching all over..different parts of my body at different times but all within seconds of each other. Really hard to fall asleep when I'm jumping all over the place..lol.
You know merry, I think that is what may be causing the jolts that I feel b/c now that you mention the swelling, I do feel it after I sit from being on my feet.
