What do you all think of these articles? They are quite long, but interesting to read in your spare time. Not sure how credible this is, but I happened to run across it when looking on the internet for foods that contain high potassium levels because I've been getting severe leg cramps for weeks now.

The author contends that arthritic conditions are the result of a potassium deficiency.

I don't believe that is true.

All I have to do is look at my bloodwork [I have a matrix that goes back over 20 years] and I've never had an aberration in my Potassium levels.

This guy is measuring potassium in saliva. I don't even know what a normal salivary potassium level would be and I've been a nurse for almost 25 years! And it's not as if our joints are bathed in saliva! Having too much potassium can be fatal, so please don't start taking it before talking to your doctor.
