typical flare ups | Arthritis Information

How long does a typical flare up last for most of you? I have never gone nearly this long feeling even close to this bad. I have had a miserable day today.  I am starting to wonder if this is the beginning of a downward spiral. I am just so frustrated...I keep waiting to have progressivly better days and its just not happening.  Is it usual to go for weeks at a time and not be able to do anything and then get better? UUUGGGG!!!! I just am tired of hurting

Even something as slight as one more MTX pill a week could make the difference.

Hope it turns out to be that simple. Feel better.

I just started on the MTX so I have several weeks before I will even know if it will help.  I could handle being sore anywhere else but my feet---I just can't believe it is so bad in my feet.  It just takes so much away from my life. I have had aches and pains and stiffness for years but this severe pain in my feet has literally occured over night.  I was walking along and almost fell to the floor with a sudden severe pain in my left great toe. By the next morning it was in both feet and all of the toes joints. It has never gone away even though some days it is not as bad as others.  But if I am on my feet for more than 30 min it starts to hurt and it stays the rest of the day even with periods of rest.  30 min. means I don't even get a shower and get out of the house before I am in pain.

Just do it right with god's gift, wild lingzhi(ganoderma lucidum) that I have been taking for over 15years to reverse my chronic gout of over 20years to no attack. It is as easy as ABC if appropriate herb is found, used and benefited to build up body system and reduce metablic/autoimmune disorder gradually. Besides, one's mindset, lifestyle change(ie diet) and general healthy awareness are attribute to recovery. Address the root of the problem is the solution of recovery, not solving the symptom temporarily as a solution that further aggrevate and advance the severity of the condition. Hi,

So sorry to hear about what you are going through. It
can be SO discouraging. It's amazing that you can
feel just fine and then all the sudden you are
miserable. I have been having some really bad
flares lasting about a week, but it does get better. I
also agree, as someone else mentioned,
medication adjustments can make a big difference.
So hang in there, k?

Thanks yall!! I really think the weather has been making it drag out too.  It has been warm and then cold, sunny and then rainy. I have been outside more than usual too, due to activities with my kids.  I am so much more sensitive to cold lately because of the pain and yet it suprises me when I am sure that it is 40 degrees outside cause my fingers are like ice and then when I check; the actual temp is 67!

No flare up, no drug and normal life that is what I am now and the message I like to stress.

One may become "expert" in drugs that are treating the symptoms and address the flare up each time. Overtime the severity advances and more aggressive or cocktail of drugs are required but these lead to no end.

Finding an appropriate herb wild lingzhi in the forest is far more difficult than finding a natural diamond from the earth.

WHERE CAN I GET WILD LINGZHI?Crunchy,  I think that was SPAM.  I just went through two really bad days.  Didn't hardly get off the couch and when I did - it hurt bad.  I am just back on Enbrel - second injection this morning.  I think my "flare" was a combination of major storms for several days and I have to get Enbrel built up in my system AGAIN.  Anyway, no predicting RA.  Much better today.  Going to run errands.  I think length and degree of flares is dependent on so many factors - med mix, illness, weather, stress - that is why we all get so frustrated.  The only good news I have is when I hiked last week - it did not make it worse so I look forward to another day I am up to exercising.  Today - just going to take it slow.  Love to all.  RoxI wanted to see if they would try to sell me some

You just have to find the "wild lingzhi".

For your information, good herb sometimes costs a bomb(1milligram USD150 i.e. 1gm USD150,000) like shiitake mushrooms that are used together with chemo. in hospitals to treat nose, throat, lungs and stomach cancers' patients in Japan.   A company in Japan Ajinomoto is marketing the product and restricted in Japan. So don't underestimate herbs - god's gifts.

This message is not intended for those that closed their mindsets on nature as they have their own choices.

The power of nature can help to rejuvenate, adjust and harmonize the body system gradually whereby chonic diseases are no more threats and pains but just minor disturbances. This is because the body system has been more superior to let these diseases come close. If one is always in a box how can one see the overall view?
