My mum has RA and will be minding my 6 month old son. Her hands are quite severely effected and she has trouble with restaints to clip him into his pram. Any suggestions on how people have overcome this?I wish I had some answers for u, but I have this problem myself. I look after my granddaughter and it's very difficult to put her in her car seat and make sure the restraints are fastened and then to unfasten them is just as difficult.I have had some difficulties with grandson's car seat.. mostly getting it undone.. Many of his clips together slide in and then latch...... but I have to push a button to release them and sometimes I dont' have the hand strength.
