I have been on Remicade for almost 2 yrs now and am doing really well, my last infusion was with a new nurse and she set the drip at a really fast speed, (it was done in about 40 mins) where it normally takes around an hour.. now it seems like I'm hurting sooner then I should... I'm wondering if the ammount of time that I got this has something to do with this???I'd appreciate any insight....

I can not help you with your query as I am not on Remicide but hopefully some one can. Jan, did she say why it was so fast.? Im not sure if this would make you feel so bad. I hope you feel better soonI have only been on Remicade for a few months now and it takes
a little over 2 hours. I sure would call your Rd to see what she ( he ) thinks.
Hope you find the answer.
Thanks everyone, the nurse did seem a little supprised that i was tru so fast...I was relieved to get it over so fast... I will mention it to the Dr next month.. it might be I'm feeling worse cause the weather is really getting cold with snow on the way...:)
