Back and hamstring pain | Arthritis Information

I just wonder if any of you experience alot of back muscle issues as well as hamstring pain and stiffness? Ouch!

This is really taking all of the gusto out of me. I noticed a bit of a pull in my hamstring earlier while feeding the baby. I thought maybe I just moved wrong. I have had back discomfort all day.

Wow it is now like every muscle and tendon in the back of my body is flaring. Both sides. All the way down my back. My buttocks and hamstings and down my legs. Very stiff and swollen feelling. I just took my flexeril I hope it helps.

I feel like i did when I buldged some disks years ago. I am flaring because my toes and thumbs ,ankles, elbows ect have been throbbing in the joints for several days.

So do you think it all sounds flare related or do you think I injured myself also?
Sounds like you might have done something a day or two ago to pull some muscles.  Since it can take a day or more for the pain/stiffness to show up after pulling something, it can be really hard to pinpoint exactly what you did to cause it.  Happens to me quite a bit.  I can usually tie it back to some sort of physical activity (moving tables for Bingo, carrying computers/boxes up/down the stairs, hauling a 50-lb sack of cat litter home from the grocery store, etc).

Naproxen and a warm bath usually helps me.
Like picking up tree limbs and doing yard work? Grociery shopping? Taking care of a twelve month old? Well tomorrow she will be thirteen months old.

It has been a week of it. I had to wait for a warm snap to pick up the limbs. I was afraid I would get hit by another falling limb in the process. Now I am waiting on someone to pick them up for me. Well two people said they would use them in thier fireplace. Who ever gets them first.

I think it could even be my December fibromyalgia attack. I think my body goes into shock after my allergies quit. I can almost always get bad attacks in December. I injure more easily when i am stiff. The orthopedic center probably is already wondering why I have not called them yet.
