Enbral and Arava | Arthritis Information

For the last 6 months I have felt my meds failing more and more (Arava and Plaquenil) to the point that I feel that they have stopped completely. My Ra feels exactly like it did when I was diagnosed 6 years ago(pain everywhere, stiffness etc.) I have been on methrotrexate in the past as well.

My doctor is starting me on Enbrel but wants me to continue with the Arava. Is anyone else on this combination of medication?

I'm on enbrel and mtx, so can't help you out as to the success with arava, but wanted to wish you the best if you decide to add enbrel. It seems like more are on mtx with enbrel, but maybe someone will pop on that can answer your question.
