Anyway,

These are pics starting at the Ford World Headquarter in Dearborn. The next pictuere is at the light at Wyoming street that is the borders of dearborn and Detroit at Michigan Avenue. The photos go to downtown Detroit and past downtown and also some other "stuff". Just click on the link below. After the page opens, at the bottom right of the screen is a icon with two opposite facing arrows. Click on that box and the screen will open up in full screen mode and then click on the start arrow. If the slideshow is too fast or too slow click on the "speed" icon at the bottom center and change the speed or you can use the arrows to change each picture at your own speed.

Enjoyed the photos...I always like seeing photos of areas where others live.  Loved the different buildings and how they look now..kind of sad...but still very interesting to look at.Kelstev,

Thank you. I wish that more of our members would do the same and post some slide shows of where they live and/or what they see, I would truly enjoy watching them. I am not advocating Kodak but it is a good gallery that is quite secure and easy to use. Then all someone need do is download their pictures to their gallery and post a link. Of course Kodak is going to ask that you buy something for 5 dollars I think per year but I think it is well worth the 5 bucks plus you actually get 5 dollars worth of merchandise, in short getting the gallery for free.

Kelstev,

One more thing. When you see the farm land, that is where I live and where most of my pictures are. The city is nice to visit but too busy. The country is far more exciting and beautiful, natural beauty. I love the old country dirt roads that I can drive 8 miles per hour and not see another car for quite some time. I can actually relax and enjoy the scenery and actually just get out of my car and take pictures.

I think I might just do that sometime soon.  I just got a new camera for Christmas and am enjoying it (still trying to figure it out though since it has more features than I'm used to)
I'll have to  make that my goal for this weekend and get out and take some photos of my city.

sounds like that would be a relaxing time...I may do seomthing like that once winter is over.Kelstev,

I certainly look forward to your slide show. Fortunately for me, I use mostly the "smartscene" feature where the camera focuses and adjusts. All I have to do is push the button loightly for auto focu and push harder to snap the picture. I still haven't read the manual and still don't understand all the features. probably never will. Try to hurry with your pics.
