I'm new here and just thought I would say Hi!!
I'm 28 and have RA. I was diagnosed with JRA at 18 months and at
age 14 I had my right hip replaced in the spring and then that
following winter I had both knees replaced at the same time. During
that following spring, at age 15, I had my right hip replaced and prior
to having everything replaced, I was in a wheelchair for 3 years. I
just recently, in the fall of 08, I had my left ankle fused and then in
the spring of 09, I had my right ankle fused. I'm eventually going to
have shoulders replaced, but as of now, we're just buying time.
