Good things and Happy Thoughts... | Arthritis Information

MMMM...I am sitting on my back porch in my PJs on a sunny Friday afternoon eating Lime sherbert....such a simple pleasure!I had a box of junior mints today.   It was one of those times that eating a treat was really good because I have been so careful with my diet lately.  I was so happy to have something good.

I had a blast yesterday going to estate sales and got all kinds of wierd stuff.  It was the first day I had been out in weeks.  I had a great day

They will absolutely love that, Crunchy! That party sounds like a dream for my daughter -- and so up her alley.  :)

I went swimming every day for the last three days to exercise and soak in the hot tub.  It helps a lot, even though it wipes me  out.  My parents live in a community with heated pools.  In the water I can actually move and stretch my limbs, it is the best range of motion I have had in over a month.  :)  I have to go back to work tomorrow, but I enjoyed those days immensely.

I am planning on going to the gym on Wed. to swim and soak...I just don't look forward to getting into a swim suit infront of other people

Oh yeah, this is the happy place...Okay, lets see....hhhmmmm...

My little boys first baseball game was tonight, that was a milestone. His first time ever on a sports team in a little uniform....he looked like a mini pro ball player! Soooo cute.

SWIMMING SOUNDS SOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD

Crunchy, hubby and I love estate sales and yard sales and junk stores - lol.  We don't NEED anything but I got three pieces of pottery that I love and I like wierd art so I got a ceramic for the wall of SCREAMING BABIES.  I also got this table that is so cool - it has geo-rock slices of all different shapes, sizes and colors for the top.  You should see our house.  It is sooooooo wierd.  By the way,  I definitely need a make over

I am in a good mood today.  My friend/bookkeeper is coming over soon to teach me how to do the books for my program.  I think I will stay in pajamas Crunchy, I don't look so hot in a swimsuit either, but my parents live in a retirement community and luckily, most of the people there are like 70-80, so I am looking pretty hot there.    Also, it makes it easier to see how little vanity matters there, so I am more able to let my guard down and just walk around looking like myself.  That soak is worth it!  We are all strong, beautiful women -- no matter how big the suit.

I can't say enough about the hot tub though!  I am going to try the steam room next.

Roxy you have got to send a picture of your screaming baby art---it sounds fab.!  I love eclectic decorating, I am fickle when it comes to design style and am gradually building on my own Texana design. Basically it is a blend of victorian, old world and Americana with a Texas/country flair.  Also good for people who cant make up their minds. It runs in my family too. My grandparents homes are like little museums.  I love houses with lots of interesting things to see on shelves and the walls. The more unique, the better!

AZ-Its not the size of my suit that upsets me, its my jiggly theighs and cottage cheese butt popping out that worry me

Maybe I need a scuba suit!

Happy thoughts---

Kids at school, husband at work. Sink full of dishes, laundry to do...

I'm gonna go take a BUBBLE BATH!

HAH!
