What is UP with Caremark? | Arthritis Information

You used to be able to get a human being on the phone - now it is impossible to get through!  And they are not returning voice mails.  Is anyone else having trouble contacting CVS/Caremark?

Tara, have you tried the specialty pharmacy?  I wonder if they have had changes this year.  I use them but have not tried to contact them this year.  I have had my frustrations with them in the past!   Waddie Do they have a web page? Try going to a CVS and ask them to assist you.Someone finally called me back last night and said my Cimzia script was sent back for a "second review."  They might know with 48 hours.  I'll see about the website but if they respond to emails the way they respond to voice mail, I don't know.
