hope34601,

Has your husband tried cherries or chery juice for his gout? You may want to check out the gout forum here. You may find some helpful information. Most all alternative and herbal supplements are of no worth. Seems that a rheumatologist can find a medicine that is gentle on your husbands delicate stomach and gi tract. Good luck but be wary. There are hundreds of alternatives ready to take your money but there are none that I have heard of that actually work. The cherries actually do work for gout, disolving the uric acid build-up.
