LOL I have watery eyes, saliva even a bit of moisture in my sinuses. I had to tweek that with an anti spasmotic for the side effects but all is well now.

So I am taking Cymbalta and a low dose Lryica and I am chilling. I had to quit taking Lyrica when I was on prednisone because it was mentally torching they just did not mix well. So something with the mixture of the Lyrica and Cymbalta and the anti spasmodic is just right.

I hate to say but my doctor is out of town and my deppression score was elevated and I really needed to feel calm and happy. The receptionist is running a rain of terror in the doctors absence and it has been difficult to get my antideppresants. Altho it was nice to have real tears while I was crying. I was not super deppressed thank goodness and I did not want to go to the eroom because they like to lock people up. I see a therapist and he pointed out to me that my score was a bit elevated. Which I obviously knew because I made the appointment.

So now I am in less pain and in a better mood. The meds will be more effective in time. These meds do work pretty fast compared to the kind they had in the old days. So that is a good thing. Well if Cymbalta works on anxiety really i will be a totally new girl. LOL So if it treats deppression, pain and anxiety well that would be the correct medicine for me.

Next month the doctor is going to add one more medicine. So be that a good thing or a bad thing time will tell. I am sort of breaking the one new medicine at a time rule today. Oh well. So far so good.
Milly,

Glad you are feeling "pretty good". You kind of scared me when you used the words "new and improved". When my shredded wheat box says "new and improved" I know that they have just found a way to make it cheaper. My "new and improved" Miracle Whip just doesn't taste the same. "New and More Amazing" the front of the bottle says. Of course, I never heard anyone complain about the taste of Miracle Whip so why did they change it? They found a cheaper recipe. I'm just running on, burning up the coffee buzz. I am so very glad that you are getting close to good and look forward to you reaching that goal. I am believing that you will.

LEV
Lev.. You are hilarious Its nice to 'see' you so chipper these last few days!

Milly I'm happy you were able to cry some real tears, but sorry that you need to cry. I was on cymbalta for a while, before my insurance company decided not to pay for it, and I have to say it worked wonders. I hope it does the same for you. Its so nice to hear that relief may be on the horizon for you!Milly, I sure hope things continue to go your way!  I am happy to hear you are getting some relief!  I was worried about "New and improved Milly" too, but only because I like the "old" Milly!

I had the opposite problem with Cymbalta. My insurance used to not cover it and now they do. I have had alot of trouble with antideppresants in the past. I have to be watched while taking them sometimes they make me more deppressed. My mind feels good so far. Not like invasion of the mind snatchers or anything. I feel mentally sharp not like in a fog or anything. Thst is worth alot to me.
