I recieved insurance about a month and a half ago and i got it cause i was having problems with my foot. Now i think i may have RA or Osteoarthritis in the opposite leg in the knee. It is individual insurance through humana one would i be covered or would they consider it pre existing even though i never had a problem till now. My knee has grinding and feels like a bee is sting me sometimes.

No hospital visit for the knee only my foot.
no injury to the knee.

Insurance isn't going to list anything until you have a dr give you a diagnosis.  So, if you don't have one now, it shouldn't be considered pre-existing.

its going to depend...a drs or hospital visit for a problem whether it led to a diagnosis or not could be evidence of a preexisting condition.  Did you reveal the foot issue on your application?  If in fact it is RA (which only a dr can diagnose for you) then the issue with the knee can likely be tied to the problem with the foot.
