AS in the neck | Arthritis Information

i have as in the neck its completley fused got no movement side ways or up or down find it difficult to shave
got to be very carful when driving.... took the wrong advice from my doctor when he told me ive got as, told me not do streneous workouts
took his advice for 12 years big mistake bought a home gym and weights 3 years ago train 3 times a week still got a stiff neck but feel a lot happier for it i
is there anybody out there with the same thing, how you cope do you exersise what advice from your doctor
what do you take for pain
when i found out there is no cure life still goes on i can still do most things just not bend my neck could be worse I'm 64

ra and as in my neck; also im on humira(so afraid of these drugs) but cannot move without it i guess quality of life more important that length i hate taking these drugs; but what r we to do???
