Husband had surgery, they said he done well. Now for a long recovery and a better life. Can't wait to go camping and hiking. we have not done anything for a long time. One of us is alway sick. The last 3 years, been one hospital stay after another. One appointment after another.
We are going to get thur this. I know its not going to be easy, but we'll make it.
I want to thank all of you for careing and being here for me.

I'm wondering how things are going, too! Hope you're taking care of yourself and your hubby is doing well. I don't get on here much anymore, I've spent so much time at the hospital, He's still in there. they took the chest drain tube out yesterday, said he could come home today, it didn't happen. He has to much fluids on his chest. they are now giving him predisone for it. We are so sick of hospitals. be 3 weeks tomorrow. other wise he is doing good.
I want to thank all of you for posting, It helps even if i don't get time to answer.
Rusty thanks for taking the time to update. I've been thinking of you guys! Take care of yourself and check in when you can. I'll keep you guys in my prayers. Rusty- I'm coming in late here but hoping things get better for you and your husband soon.
Rusty, I'm glad to hear he is doing better and is almost home. I don't doubt you guys are sick of the hospital setting and I bet DH is ready to go home and get a good night's sleep. You guys are in the homestretch though; maybe today is the day!
