has anyoneheard of rose hips for osteo pain......If so, please postThere have been some studies finding that rose hips can help with OA. Most of these have been in Europe (especially Germany and Denmark, where they have been used as a folk remedy for a long time).

Here is a meta-analysis that reviewed other studies. It concluded that rose hips can reduce the pain of OA and is a safe dietary approacht:

Here is a study that found that rose hips did have a beneficial effect. That improvement was not seen at the 3 week review, but was clear at the 3 month review.
