Hey girl, how are the coke cravings going?  I know how hard it can be to give them up!  Has everyone figured out they need to steer clear and give you some space in the afternoons?  Seriously, I had headaches when I gave up cokes!
...pssst...

...there's always diet Pepsi.
That's funny, I was a die hard diet coke drinker but when I was pregnant with my 3rd child I started craving diet pepsi.  I am no longer pregnant and diet pepsi tastes better to me still.  Weird...

This might help you give up coke...its ability to clean these things makes you wonder what it does to your insides

Mrs Pincushion2010-02-18 13:16:20I just started with the diet pepsi. I swore by coke zero... but one day I was out and found a diet pepsi in my friend's fridge. What do they say.. desperate times call for desperate measures? I've been drinking it ever since...
I have a serious diet soda problem. If I ever get my fatigue under control I might consider going into diet soda rehab. No worries ladies, all is well.  I normally just drink a 12-oz can a day, and so far haven't noticed any headaches from the 35mg of caffeine I'm missing.  I've been hitting the roiboos tea more in the evenings - I forgot how good that stuff is! What'd I miss?  why do you have to give up coke?No worries, girlfriend - it's just Lent. Oh Linc did you think it was RA related? Someone posted something about hair dye being a no no when I first joined the forum. I nearly had a spas attack. I thought wow it is bad enough i have RA. I have to worry about my hair falling out and on top if it have to have grey roots?

How's Sam with a Swifer?  Might work out ok....  :)

Milly~I remember when that topic came up. The hair dye I mean.  Geez, that seems like amillion years ago.
Good for you Jas........  I love my diet pepsi but I go days without it cause I know it's so bad for me!  then I break down and get one or 12
