Thrush on tongue too! | Arthritis Information

 

Hi guys, just a little note of advice, I have suffered from thrush for ages, years, (from pred I am told)and I have been taking 1 acidophilus caps a day always, as a pharmacist told me not to take any extra. Anyway without getting too personal, it became an absolute menace and affected my intimacy with hubby too, so I just upped it to two caps daily and GP said this was fine with this particular brand (inner health) some brands you shouldn't take extra. Guess what, the thrush is gone woohooooooooooo, another success this week, I'm on a roll!!!!! Janie. Make sure that the grapefruit seed extract is pure. Any GSE that contains sugar will be counterproductive.
