No Lev....Pretty sure that is more a Whoa ---Man
Well I guess the pig tails could be a girl....but I still said Whhhhoa ---Man when I opened the thread...
You know you love me!
Now THAT is funny! OMG . . . I may have dreams about this!
UGLY, but funny......looks like a darvon addict to me.
Lisa, still think you should have it checked out, especially with taking RA meds. If you don't have an appt. on Wed., call and make one - please. L
Ok... First Rebecca.... you are the scariest man girl I've ever seen!
Second... Lisa... I am getting over pneumonia right now with the help of 2 ( yes 2!) antibiotics. My chest xray was quite bad and I was having a really hard time breathing. My GP wanted me in the hospital but I was able to talk her into letting me stay at home ( I had to promise to come back for daily rechecks). The moral of the story is this... I had NO FEVER. I've had pneumonia before having RA and my temp usually runs 103 or so. I guess all the meds we take really do supress fevers. So get yourself to the doctor girl!!Becca,
We do love you.

Hi Lisa,
Glad you are feeling much better today! I get flares with my RA where out of no where one spot on my body would hit fast and hard...BAM!... and it hurt so horribly...it would hit lots of different places, and within about 24 hours exactly, the pain started to just go away and within a day or two I was back to normal like it never happened. It's hit my jaw to the point I couldnt eat or talk very well, my neck where all I could do is just lay still all day it hurt so badly to move it or try and turn over in the middle of the night, or my shoulder waking me up in the middle of the night out of no where in so much pain...even just laying it on my side it was horrible.
I think it is good to get a check up like others have said just in case, but I've started to see a pattern for me with my RA now. I wonder if that is whats happening to you? Literally, it hits out of no where, horrible pain that will stick around for about 24 hrs then almost gone the next day. I couldnt do anything to make it go away, heating pad, cold compresses, pain pills, wouldnt do a thing for it. When I didnt know anything about RA several years back and had this happen to me, I went and saw my dr. She did an xray of my shoulder and saw nothing, said she didnt know, thought it was a pinched nerve and gave me pain pills which didnt work AT ALL! The very next day the pain was almost gone. So frustrating isnt it? Now I know, for me, when this happens to just grin and bear...bare..?? LOL .. it.... and within 24 hours I will start to feel relief.
Let us know how things go!
Kelly
Thanks everyone....My ear is 100% better. It was most def sinus and the issue has resolved.
There has been a total screw up with scheduling my stress test. Now it seem I will not have it done until the 16th. I try to give the benefit of the doubt to the hospital, the Cardiologist staff, and my Doctors nurse...but I will say If I had not become pro-active as of today I would NOT of had an appointment. I saw my doctor yesterday and he wanted me to have it this week...not happening....he settled for next week...now that is not happening. My Doctor does not know this, I hate to tell him because his nurse who I like (and the cardio office is blaming) may of made an error.
The first two errors made in scheduling the stress test the cardio office blamed the hospital, then blamed my my Doctor, now his nurse...IDK...
My doctor scheduled the type of stress test with drugs. He said because of my MS and RA
I would fail the tread mill and have to re-schedule with the othere type of stress test. I forget what he called it.
I haven't been feeling the best. Just trying to muddle through. I haven't been on here. I will read and try to catch up with everyone.
