I am 23 years old, and 5 years ago was involved in a car accident. After the accident I was diagnosed with a 5mm herniation of the disk between my 3rd and 4th lumbar. At the time, pt and chiropractic visits helped me feel good enough to forget about the pain and move on with my life...
The passed 3 months I have been experiencing a lot of pain and decided to have an MRI done. This morning I received news that I have degenerative arthritis from l4 to l5 to s1. I am new to this forum and am not sure where to post my questions and ask for help.
Does anyone have similar symptoms? Where can I find help on this forum? Any info regarding my present or future would be so great. I can't really trust my medical provider. Thanks guys.
