I remember someone posting an article about how people with RA have a higher risk of heart problems. When I ran into this and saw all the great heart benefits thought I'd pass it along...
love walnuts........    I'm not crazy about them, but I don't really dislike them either. Just put them on the shopping list. They're really good if you eat a couple with a bite of banana or a few raisens.  Plus, they're very filling, so a few goes a long way and keeps you full for a long time.Walnuts have omega 3's too!  I make a little snack baggie to throw in my purse with a serving of walnuts and one of dried cranberries (about a handful each).  It is tasty and keeps me from eating junk food!

Thanks I will pick some up tomorrow.I got a bag of walnuts today. I thought I would try your mix Waddie except I also added dried cherries with the dried cranberries. Yummy!
