I dont know about the rest of you, but we has some bad weather run through here last night, I thought I would die from the pain. I even became sick to my stomach. Just a vent, thanks for listening.Cynthia i am typing 1 handed, shoulders, knees, storm last night. you are not alone.
Seems like I rest for awhile, then up to do laundry or whatever for a bit, then back to resting. Yuckkkkkkkk!
Roxy, Greetings from Monterey where we've had hail the last two weeks. Not usual for coastal weather. Yes, I've been in more pain the last two weeks. I'm gaining weight due to prednisone and am no longer skinny linny, my other moniker on this board, so I've been bumping up my time at the gym where I do stretches, biking, and warm water PT. I attributed the pain to that but I think it's more complicated than that. My back is even involved now which hasn't bothered me since I've been on all the heavy duty meds.Hey yall--I have heard of migraines being triggered by drops in barometric pressure. I am sure that things like this can certainly affect RA. My first really big, bad flare that prompted my "official" dx came along with the only really cold weather we had this winter. It was cold and damp every day and especially in the evenings and night. MISERABLE!!!!
I have always loved cold weather, but I dont think I could tolerate too much of it anymore.we had cold storm all weekend ...I'm dying! I live in one of the
warmest places, and I feel for you that live in cool areas. I can
barely move and type. Just waiting for the hot summer. We have snow at the moment,and for the first time in months I am aching but I know it will pass.
