MY pain in knees mainly comes on with use or as the day progresses even if im taking it easy. Some times taking it easy seems to make the pain worse. But the clasic stiff in the morning better with movement is not what i experience in my knees no in my neck stiff in the morn better as day goes on. The reason i wonder is that doc gives me a wierd lok when i say im not thaqt stiff in the morning. Does anyone else have pain that comes on during the day with or with out increaed activity. Also is weather a big factor in you pain? Hve a good day and thanks to all who haqve commented to othe postes. I just have alot of question esp considering there is no difinative test for this arhtritis im sure you know how i feeel.True, no definitive test. More like, "If it looks like a duck......"
