Spirulina is indeed a great superfood. One should be very careful however relying on it as an effect source of B12. There has been no conclusive evidence that Spirulina contains effectively B12. Many studies have shown that only that B12 precursors or "analogues" exist giving the impression that B12 exists in Spirulina. From what most respected studies and sources show, there are only trace elements of human absorbable B12 (cobalamin) in Spirulina and that any Spirulina claiming to have a reliable source of B12 is indeed still in large areas of Dispute.

Otherwise this product is fantastic!
I have a question if anyone out there has found a effective method of mixing it in a glass of water. I always end up clumping it into slimy balls of gag inducing sludge! When I have time smoothies are the way to go. But when Im in a hurry I'd love to find a better way to mix it with water!

Here are some links to the validity of B12 in Spirulina. Theres tons more if you just search for them
