well i have RA since 2 years,it got actually better as if i dont have it but then i got pregnant & after delivery it got worse..
i was first on 10mg of pred but it didnt help then i had to giver up breast feed then i was given 30 mg of pred.now after three months of treatment with metrothrexate i m better with flares.
my question is that does ur breast size increase due to steroids i mean i have so huge breast,which i dodnt have will i was feeding my baby.
do please tell me how to get rid of this huge big breast....i take 5 mg of pred nowI'm sorry that you flared after your pregnancy. That happened to me as well and I also had to give up breastfeeding. I felt bad, but I know my baby is getting lots of nutrients from his formula.
As far as increased breast size from medicine... I'm not sure? My breasts are larger now than pre-pregnancy. So it may just be your new breast size? If it's remarkably different or painful at all, I would definitely talk to a doctor!

Pred makes everything swell!well actually my size was 34B pre-preg & post will feeding was 36C.but since i stopped feeding i went back to my normal size till then i was taking 10mg of pred.
but as i was directly given 30mg pred a day then suddenly i got the moon face,buffalo hump,my breast is bigger than ever before,water retention etc etc almost all the side effects.
can anyone please tell me how much time will it take to get back to normal i mean when the moon face & the hump will go....
i took 30mg of pred for appx 1 month then i tampered it down.now i take 5mg of pred(daily),methrotrexate(weekly once 20mg) & recently started with humira shot had just one.....
Everyone is different. A watched pot never boils.
