For what? Somone giving you good information for nothing?
You people have serious mental and moral issues. The RA is the least of your problems.
Ew. Glad I'm not yew. How disgusting. No class. No brains. No common sense.
But please keep circle- jerking and bumping the thread for me, will you?
TIA.

Yeah, you dont want to cure yourself because then you couldn't attention whore anymore. I get it. You're an abuser. Real cool.
Quiet Miracles.....I am a Kiwi with RA. And I have to ask, as others have already, what were you lab test results and any other info you can pass on that actually proves you have/had RA?
Thank you.
You know Quiet, most spammers who come on here to sell, have, for the most part been pretty professional about it. You have come on here and done nothing but name call and belittle the members of this forum. RA is a real disease, and one that is impossible to cure. It takes some people, literally years to even get adequate pain relief after having tried everything. It is an insult for you to come here and try to convince even one person that you have the cure for them. Maybe next time, you will read up on this dreaded disease before coming on here trying to belittle and berating members who happen to know a tremendous amount about this disease. The least you can do is provide the information that a few of the members have asked of you. If you cannot answer the question, why don't you go to another forum and sell your snake oil. Agreed. It's hilarious, but at the same time, it's quite sad. Here we are, just trying to find some comfort and help one another because we are all dealing with something quite serious and quite difficult. Why on earth would someone want to come on here to try to deliver false hope, dish out insults, and attack us?
But the person I feel bad for here is QuietMiracles. It's a shame you can be so cruel.
Congrats to you all for finding the humor in it and not letting it get you down. You picked the wrong people to pick on... if we can deal with RA... we most certainly can deal with you! Not that you would know an ounce of our strength... because it's quite clear you have never had RA and you know not a thing about it.
I second that Snow; Lorster, thank you for attempting to explain to Quiet about our disease. I doubt Quiet will ever understand because I don't think she will take the time to try.
I am clearly not "peddling" anything. I am telling you something you
don't know for
your benefit and which costs only .50 to try. You are not paying
me this money. Did you get confused about that? Duh.
Jesus. I didn't realize arthritis went to the brain.
Good bye and good luck with all your nasty, twisted, aggressive bullsh*t. I'm sure that's gonna help.
Boy, you're some piece of work, sister! I know I should let this thread die, along with your "cure" but you really know nothing about rheumatoid or us, so I'll try to explain this in terms you can understand.
There IS N-O C-U-R-E,
NO CURE,
NO CURE for Rheumatoid Arthritis. Period. Thats not to say you didn't have a flare, you may well have. The "cure" you are trying to share with us was, I'll bet a million dollars, a coincidental end to said flare. (If that is what it was... it could have just been some bad fish) This happens all the time - for no good reason > flare > flare disappears as easily as it came.
I hope you didn't have RA, its a miserable diagnosis, and there is
no way you could have definitively diagnosed yourself. (Especially after 1 flare and in a weeks time and with no blood work or xrays or visit to a doctor)
We were
insulted by your post because we get "miracle cures" from spammers all the time (like Lorster said) and when we checked your site, saw the
donation box, we assumed this post to be a new twist on an old scheme. It seemed like a high class form of the bum on the corner with his sign saying he's an ex Vet and will work for food but really, he's not and just wants money to buy liquor. (NOT saying thats you, but maybe you can see WHY we are skeptical?)
So, without apology to you, (enough insults have been passed to and fro to call it all even) maybe now you will understand and leave us alone? Of course, if you find you really do have RA, join us and maybe we can help each other cope...
See -the difference between me and you buddy - is that I didn't accept that there was no cure, because I'm in the curing
business. Nor do I accept that organic treatments which have been sucessfully used for thousands of years are somehow invalid because some anonymous corporation "says" so. You think those monks used anise in their medicinal liquers just for fun? You think medical knowledge is a 20th century invention?
I do not subscribe to ignorance and negativity. I am a fighter. And I fought this. And won.
Yes, it was like a freaking miracle. No, I couldn't believe it myself, given my condition.
I believe the anethole in anise turns sugars into acid, and this acid was what did pìtched battle with the arthritis - and beat it.
I feel so grateful to be normal again. I thought my life was over.
Thank God.

So you're in the "curing business" in Mexico. Many of the alternative treatments can be used in conjunction with alopathic medicine as long as there's no conflict between the alternative treatment and the alopathic. Some side effects/complications from herbal treatments can be life threatening when combined with certain prescription drugs. There were no warnings on your blog about these possible complications and a "real" healer would have posted warnings. Anis or Anise is used in many alcohol based drinks, such as Absinthe which isn't sold in the U.S.
Many of us use herbs, vitamins, massage, Reiki and other alternative treatments but only after research has proven they are safe. Anis hasn't been proved to be safe with the drugs that we take for RA and I for one won't take the word of a healer who hasn't done the research and who wasn't diagnosed by the medical community with a diagnosis of RA. You don't write like a naturopathic doctor, nor did you do your homework before you posted the first time. I don't know of any responsible healer, naturopathic doctor who would post such an unfounded and unreasearch post as yours.
There are newly RA diagnosed individuals who read and are participating in this forum and are seeking relief at any cost. I hope your post and blog doesn't cause a health crisis with one of these newly diagnosed. It's irresponsible of you and dangerous. I seldom get involved in posts that don't have substance but this post and blog of yours isn't the way that a responsible alternative healer would act and interact.
Give them a couple hours' training in some "school" and suddenly they're experts. Vultures, they are.

Great post Lin, thank you. When I read QM's replies to people here something I think of is the old saying, "Never let your mom brush your hair when she's mad". I've been gone a few days. This is quite funny.
QM, there are many things that can cause your joints to hurt. What exactly made you think you had RA? I'm assuming since you never answered other members that you've never had any lab tests run to confirm an RA diagnosis. Right?
You should all be deeply ashmed of yoursleves. If you had tried it and it didnt work, that woud be one thing, but to rain down such gratuitous contempt from a position of willful ignorance - that is quite another.
You don't have the right to opine about something you know nothing about. No intelligent or moral person does that.
I'm so ashamed of all of you.
You should all be deeply ashmed of yoursleves. If you had tried it and it didnt work, that woud be one thing, but to rain down such gratuitous contempt from a position of willful ignorance - that is quite another.
I frequently work by donation. Everyone is in a different situation and I do not spare someone treatment simply because they cannot afford it. I already made this clear.
I have made this information available to you here for absolutely nothing.
How dare you call me "money grubbing" when the complete opposite is true.
You need to look at your own mental health and morality.
You tell blatant lies about people helping you for nothing.
What sort of monster does that?
I don't even have a computer. I am paying internet fees to be here.
It's costing me money.
You need to take a severe reality check, buster.
Frankly, I don't know why you should bother being ashamed. Poor choice of words on your part.
Actually, I'm put out that you should bother to come on this website and praise a "cure" when in fact there is none for RA. NONE. NADA. ZIP. Use a little common sense; don't you think if your "cure" worked that we all would have known about it long ago? I truly resent anyone who starts singing praises for some miracle cure because there are a lot of gullible people out there who might unwittingly fall for the song and dance. They end up with nothing and have lost money in the process. That's exploitation in the poorest sense.
You have to consider that you really don't have any credibility with us so we're not inclined to give your "cure" any consideration. Furthermore, there have been no studies that show that this works. And, on top of all that, you haven't even divulged how you know you have RA.
Reeks of snakeoil salesmanship to me.
That you keep coming back here to blast the members speaks very poorly of you and your skills to promote a product.
Lastly, don't tell us about intelligence. We've got enough credible degrees among the membership here to make your head swim. As far as morality.........it's highly, HIGHLY unethical of you claim a cure and only speaks to your lack of knowledge in the subject matter.
You need to research your information, get several degrees [legitimate universities, please] after your name, and then, and only if you've truly uncovered a miracle cure, come back and post about it.
Until then you've got nothing worthy of consideration.
Actually I have two degrees, but I don't see them as relevant, in the same way as none of your experts' education is worth a toots patoot- because they havent done diddly squat to cure your arthrits.
You still have it.
Ever considered that you are the ones who have been conned?
They have taken al your money and yet you still have arthritis.
Who is the snake oil salesman here?
Ditto what Sam said.
Snow, I don't think Ms. Cure for 20 Bucks can answer you, she can't think that fast! She might have to actually come up with some proof!
There may be someone here who has had the common sense to find some anise.
If you are trying it, please be aware that your need to fortify the kidneys before, during and after the treatment. I used a ginger tea brew with a base of concentrated orange juice, cloves and cinammon coils. You may also use rosehip (hibiscus), alfalfa, echinacea, goldenrod, and fennel, but ginger is the best all purpose food.
You also need pumpkin seeds. These are critical. They are very high in iron, alpha carotene, zinc and amino acids - and also rid the digestive tract of parasites. They are eaten in various countries to treat prostate cancer - and in this context, are your best friend, and should be munched by the handful through the day. You need to buy them skinned, to get to the green kernel, which you lightly toast, then crush. You may also add soya oil to the pan, into which the green pepita oil will leech, and this may be kept added to other foods added for enrichment.
I add it to the other dish I consume regularly - sweet potatoes mashed with yoghurt, a little orange juice concenrate, cinamnon and mustard seeds. This will also fortify your system and assist the process.
I doubt anyone will be able to post anything positive in this thread as the abusers will attack them too, but good luck anyway.
If you cannot answer the question, why don't you go to another forum and sell your snake oil.
He tried...and was banned and post deleted..sometimes there is something to be said for a moderated forum
Youdidn't answer my question, QM. On your blog site you have a place to make donations, from .00 to ,000.00. You didn't mention specifically where the money is put to use. Who processes and distributes the donations? What's your system for determining who receives the dollars donated?
It's just a simple option for those with a generous spirit like mine.
You wouldn't understand.
Wouldn't understand? Oh, we understand alright.
You can't support your claim and the more you post, the sillier you look.
Let me put it bluntly so that you can understand it:
YOU ARE WASTING YOUR TIME HERE.
MEOW!
If you were genuine, you would know not to go on about some treatment one day after using it as we all know with RA that we can have good days and bad, if I have a good day, (which I might add, is very rare) I would not think I had been cured, just that the strange behaviour of the disease is playing its little tricks on me. We advise you to show proof of RA before trying to make real sufferers believe a claim like this. Sorry! (RA) is a chronic and
deform
ing
inflammatory
disease that produces
remarkable morbidity and disability. Epidemiological
studies have
shown that the prevalence of RA varies broadly
from 0.2 to 1.0%
in various European, North American, Asian
and Australian populations [
1]. Most studies
in European countries
have suggested a
prevalence
in adult populations rang
ing
from
0.5 to 1.0% [
1–7]. However, some studies, especially those
from
southern European countries,
includ
ing
Greece, have shown
a lower prevalence
(0.18–0.34%), which raises important
questions about the possible
involvement of different environmental
and/or genetic factors
in the
aetiology of RA among various
European populations [
8–10]. Few population-based
studies
have assessed the care of RA patients [
11–13] and data
on the association between care and the outcome of RA
in
the
general population are limited.

The national drink of Greece is ouzo, made from anise.
I had RA for ten days, I cured it in one. Why can't you comprehend simple facts?
And to those posturing self righteously about the donation option - which by its very nature is voluntary -
obviously - when do
you comprehend that you're supposed to
try the anise first?? DUH. When you are
free of arthritis you might
feel like making a donation. Or not. You will be better, regardless.
What
unbelievable stupidity you have all displayed. Beyond belief.
Relatedly, since anise works on beetroot but not oj, it is clearly
sucrose it is turning into acid, not
fructose, so you need to include sugar in your diet.
Note: Sugar is used by the brain; in fact it is the
only food the brain uses.
Did you know that?

Of the 8740 participants, 59 were diagnosed as having
had RA .
Similarly low rates were found in Italy and Spain, where anis is consumed regularly.
Objective. To assess the prevalence and management of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) in the general adult population of Greece.
Methods. This cross-sectional study was conducted on the total adult population (
Results. A total of 8740 subjects participated (response rate 82.1%). RA was diagnosed in 59 individuals. The prevalence of RA was 0.68% (95% CI 0.51–0.85); it was significantly higher in females than males (P< 0.0005), and increased significantly with age up to and including the 50–59-yr-old group (P< 0.002), and then decreased slightly. On their first medical visit, 19% (95% CI 9.7–30.9) of the RA patients had consulted a rheumatologist, while during the first year after disease onset, 61% (95% CI 48.6–73.4) had done so. Early consultation with a rheumatologist and disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drug (DMARD) combination therapy were negatively associated with ACR functional classes II–IV [adjusted odds ratios 0.18 (95% CI 0.04–0.85) and 0.17 (95% CI 0.04–0.72), respectively].
Conclusions. The prevalence of RA in the general adult population of Greece is similar to that in many other European countries; early consultation with a rheumatologist and DMARD combination therapy are associated with a better RA outcome.
Lynn492010-04-02 11:11:33Would you consider yourselves
remarkably morbid or
unremarkably morbid?
I'd go for the latter.

That's how I would describe your conclusion
It is quite clear to me that your collective affliction is much more psychological than physical.
Your whole sense of validity and emotional life is tied to a masochistic mindset, at the heart of which is self indulgence.
Everyone who has abused me here did so from self indulgence.
You are clearly not mature enough to take any responsibility for yourselves, or your own health.
