update on Taylor and joint injections | Arthritis Information

Thank you so much for the support and advice.  I find it so hard to watch her hurt and not be able to take the hurt away because that is what mommies are supposed to do.  I took her to her reg ped today and her heart rate and respirations were sky high.  He said probably due to pain and anxiety.  He called her ped rhuemy and they decided to put her on a mild tranquilizer to reduce her anxiety and they did a lot of bloodwork.  I will take her back tomorrow and we will go from there.Cindy I really hate to hear about her continued trouble. Keep us updated on her progress. We'll all be anxious to hear how she's doing.

Let her know we're thinking of her and hoping things get better soon,

Best wishes,

Moonie x

I hope she is feeling some relief.  It sounds like you have a good team of doctors and she has a great mommy.  I know she is in good hands.  I hope you all can rest soon. Poor baby! and poor mommy too. Please keep us updated, we will be thinking of yall tonight. Welcome Cindy,
I feel for Taylor. Joint injections aren't fun! I've had them in my hand and then had to drive for 2 1/2 hrs to get home. The tears were running down my face. Hopefully, the injections will help and all this misery won't be for nothing. I'll keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers.
