The one thing that is interesting about RA is that there are always new things just around the corner!
I have been experiencing flank pain on my left side, on and off for a few months. Not kidney pain, but in that area and stretching around to my hip in front. I feel the discomfort deep within my body, and it is hard to pinpoint the exact spot. I am wondering if the flank pain is just referred pain from my hip. Anyone else experience pain like this?
Last month this pain led to IBS Symtoms...yuk!

It also could very well be an inflamed bursa -- Bursitis always feels like it's deep inside. Best advice: see your doctor.I had great pain in my right hip for many months. I began yoga and it stopped in short order and hasn't returned in a year
