WEll yesterday was an eventful day. We got rain and hail about the size of walnuts for a brief maybe 5 min. Mother nature managed to break and chip the siding on the south end of my house.....lovely.
I am thankful though that at least the house was not destroyed as many in Illinois have to face.
Yeah some areas have had a rough time. Glad you didn't get much damage. It's just been raining and windy here.I AM FROM SOUTHWEST MISSOURI AND THE TOWN I LIVED IN FOR 17 YEARS AND IS ONLY ABOUT 6 MILES FROM ME NOW GOT MESSED UP PRETTY BAD. ALOT OF OUR FRIENDS LOST THEIR HOMES BUT THANK GOD NOT THEIR LIVES. IT WAS HEART WRENCHING TO SEE WHAT THEY ARE GOING THROUGH. I CAN'T EVEN IMAGINE IT! I WISH MY RA WOULD ALLOW ME TO GO HELP THEM SIFT THROUGH THE RUBBLE OR AT LEAST BE THERE FOR THEM BUT I AM JUST NOT ABLE RIGHT NOW. THEY DO HAVE MY PRAYERS AND ANYTHING ELSE I CAN OFFER THEM.
