I am suffering from PMR for 2 and a half years now and I am wondering if anyone has tried any alternative treatments as I have just finished my course of steroid treatment?
Anything that worked for anyone would really help?

When you say you have 'just finished my course of steroid treatment' are you saying your PMR has burnt out?
If you are looking for alternative treatments, it sound to me as though it has not.
There is an alternative to pred but I am not going into details here.

You might consider Apitherapy as an alternative, I have just started and has given some relief. I have also started keeping honey bees so I have a good supply. I want to get off the meds asap .
My doc is still not sure if I have PMR or RA , you would think after 5 mo. he might have a clue.
