Wonder if any of you have had any other symptoms. I'm not sure if this is PMR or something else - if I stand for any period of time my back muscles seem to tighten up and eventually the area around my diaphragm also tightens and is quite painful. I'm not used to these -- still get usual symptoms -stiffness of shoulders arms legs etc. I'm off pred and have stopped going to my rheumy (since all he was really doing was prescribing pred!!) Any ideas?
