Hello -

I am hoping someone can help me with input as it pertains to over the counter treatments regarding OA.

Tyenol Arthritis vs. Aleve -

  1. Which one balances immediate and extended relief throughout the day?
  2. Is one bottle easier to open than the other? Aleve is supposed to have an easier to open bottle?
  3. Are there any things to watch out for in selecting between the two brands/products?

Thank you!In comparison between Tyenol Arthritis and Aleve, I would say Aleve is a better option. It works faster in about 20 minutes as well as Aleve lasts longer. When you look at the back of each bottle, the Aleve tells you to take a pill every 8-12 hours while the Tylenol Arthritis says it lasts up to 8 hours. Which is considered quite very accurate.

Thanks & Regards
koold
The dosage of medication to each patient will vary. So go thru physician directions.I have found I only have to open a bottle once. If the bottle is not easy to open, I transfer the contents to a bottle of my choosing that is more convenient. Good to put a label on it describing the contents (generic ingredient, dosage).
