In need of comfortable chair/couch

I've had RA since 1995 and up until the past few months my furniture seemed to be comfortable enough but now it seems nothing in my home is worth sitting or lying in.
Went to my RA Dr. and he said nothing unusual going on that my regular meds are not keeping at bay.
Just wondering if there is a decent brand of recliner/couch/computer chair or just anything that would bring me a little comfort for a few hours a day to get a little relief. I've tried all kinds of back and leg pillows and nothing is working for me.
Anyone had problems similar to mine?
Most of my furniture is only about 4 yrs. old so can't afford to re-decorate so soon but just one comfortable recliner or chair would be so nice.
Appreciate any suggestions.
Thanks for your time and have a nice evening.

I have found that some problem in my own home... My furniture is not old at all. less than a year in my family room, but my problem is the firmness on the couch and love seat is not sufficient.  I am at this time, looking for a chair with sturdy arms and good support.

I hope you find what you are looking for
Catnapper make an electric couch. My husband bough one for me over a year ago and it is wonderful! With a push of a button, my feet come up or I can fully recline. No more expensive than other brands...
