Feel Better.
Hey Neasy,
On your days off, you need to get into a project- whether it be reading a good book, or whatever. You can't let your thoughts run away with you. The scary thoughts aren't reality- they're made up in your mind. Think of it this way. Your thoughts are the army, but you're the general and it's your job to conrol them!
As Lovie said, "tomorrow's another day" - be determined to get on top of things!
We're here whenever you need an ear, Rana

Sorry you had a rough day. I had a couple of those this week. Wednesday and Thursday were my days off this week, the weather was beautiful, sunny, and warm. Where was I? In the dentists office in the morning, then laid up for the rest of the two days. I had two teeth pulled, and my entire body just hurt. All I could do was cry. It must be the season, eh? Though I didn't have horrible thoughts, I sure hated having this disease. Anyway, I hope you're feeling better. And hang in there. We're here for you. Sometimes venting is all that's needed to get it off your chest and feel better. So vent away. Cris
