So I hope everyone is off to a good start today. I had Lean Pocket breakfast pocket this morning. That is 2 WW points. Bacon,egg and cheese in a pastry. Pretty good. I am going grocery shopping today (with a list) to buy good for me food. Having a list not only saves money but also can stear you away from temptations. I try to buy snacks for my kids that I dont like. That helps alot. WW has choc. cake and carrot cakes that are 1 pt ea. they sell them at most grocery stores. They are good for when you have to have a treat. Well good luck to all of you. Let me know how you are doing. I am just concentrating on this week. One week at a time makes it so much easier.Well, I had a latte, higher calorie and a pastry. I was lazy and
not up for working on a decent breakfast. I am lethargic and
tired today. It is overcast, but that was my slide for the
day. I will have a healthy lunch of salmon steak and veggies.
That is the right attitude! If you slip a little, compensate-fix it, dont just give up. It does make the difference between success and failure.The weekend was gorgeous. Saturday was about 87 degrees and
sunny. Sunday was warm and cloudy. Today isn't cold, just
overcast. It is nice out, and I am feeling pretty good since I
got going. I had to run into the office to hand in some
work. I always feel better when my work is off my desk. Yes me too! How is everyone doing on the diet today? I went grocery shopping (finally) and so now I am set to really eat better. I hope you all are doing well today too! It's Tuesday night here, so I'm actually a day ahead. See you tomorrow. I really do like having to be accountable this really helps. Thanks guys
I know that the summer is here since we hit 87. I am interested
