I sound like a bag of microwave pop-corn! Does anyone else get this? For the last 2 days everytime I make a move after being still for just a few minutes, every bone in my body pops and cracks. Legs, arms, back, hips, etc. And it is loud too. It does'nt hurt- I just wonder why it is doing this so much.

I have had this for the last 2 years. Im not sure why it happens, but it can hurt be careful. I was standing at the sink last week when I turned to do the dishwasher and got stuck, my hip would not go back to where I could turn. Hurt like hell. I ended up trying to bend over and get out of the position. I think that this happens when the fluid levels in our joints slack off, just a theroy but I have noticed it more when warm weather begins. Hope it dont get worse and you get stuck. Did you get the like from me on the little girl, I sent it last night, hope she gets much better, I cant immagine going thru all that at her age she must be really scared.

Have a great and warm day in TX.

I pop too.  My left knee and elbow in particular, and my right wrist.  I try to not make swift or sudden movements.

I also feel like my ligaments are extra stretchy and won't support my joints if I move too fast.  I try to just make slow and decided movements.  That is the only thing that seems to help.
I wonder if it is related to the weather. And I did get the other post Seagoat- thanksMy feet pop with every step, and lately, my back has been doing it if I
turn, or bend, or just shift my weight. It's all new, and it sounds funny
when I walk down the hall.

My feet feel like they're being torn apart, AZ - if I try to stretch them or
bend them even a little, it really feels like I'm ripping the tendons. Is this
common? Does it go away? It's a very creepy feeling.Fiona, I really don't know.  This is all new to me as well.  I feel like my elbows would snap in half if I really tried to use full range of motion.

I snap, crackle and pop all day long too. Come to think of it is does sound like popcorn!!!!!!!

I have popped for years only it seems to get worse with each year. Keep in mind I am not on any meds just yet again so who knows.....it is the ligaments doing that popping sounds isn't it?

Sometime I feel like I am a Lego woman that some kid is playing with popping stuff on and off of me all day long while they play.

THe pain in my feet and my toes has been more intense but the weather here in Michigan has jumped 40 degrees either way for the past 2 to 3 weeks. We go from hail the size of walnuts, to a spring day , back to an inch of snow then it will turn 50 degrees, all in a matter of 24 hours. It is horrible!

It sure seems like I can really tell when the jet stream is going to loop back up or when it loops back down. I have not been watching it very closely lately, I have been trying to stay away from TV for awhile. ( I wasn't getting anything done.)

I think it is just something that comes with this good ol' RA( as we all know).....not much fun especially when you pop out of joint! Ouch!!! Mine was not as bad  as to stop me dead in my tracks but it sure popped and it hurt like the Dickens!

Hi crunchy

I'm thinking you really need to see a doctor, if you can hear your bones popping that much.  Especially if it is in a lot of areas of your body. Please keep your eyes on what is happening and if there is to much of "them bone... them bones..them... dry bones" being sung by your joints..."Fly like an eagle", to your doctor.

Hope they quiet down for you and soon.

I pop too. My husband is always cringing when I do that. I just tell him snap crackle pop rice krispies!!!The weird one is the poping in the middle (top of arch) of my foot. Also, the other day my wrist was really hurting and I layed my head down on my hand and just by accident kind of pulled my arm away...my wrist popped and I felt this pop too. It didnt hurt at all anymore after that. Very strange. I am going to ask the doc about it when I go.I pop too. I can't always tell where it's coming from, but it's definitely me.  It's pretty embarrassing when I'm standing in front of my high school students giving a test and I snap crackle and pop. The kids think it's a riot.Have they brought you rice krispy treats yet??!!
